Who we are

Tech Club Solutions is a software, web, app and AI agency based in Peru. This policy explains what personal data we use on techclubsolutions.com and on our Instagram account @techclubsolutions.

Data we use on the website

The website has no user accounts and does not store forms. When you use the contact form or tap a WhatsApp button, the message opens in your WhatsApp and only reaches us if you choose to send it.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs technical visit data, such as IP address and browser, to keep the site working and secure.

Data we use on Instagram

When you comment a keyword on a @techclubsolutions post (for example “QR”), Instagram sends us your username, your Instagram ID, the comment text and the post where you wrote it.

We use that data only to reply to your comment and send you a private message with the information you asked for. We do not store it in a database, sell it or use it for advertising. The conversation stays in Instagram, like any other direct message.

Who we share data with

Only the services we need to operate: Meta (Instagram), WhatsApp and Vercel. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use, under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733.

How to ask us to delete your data

Send “DELETE MY DATA” by direct message to @techclubsolutions on Instagram or by WhatsApp. We will delete the messages and any data of yours we hold within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

You can also remove access from Instagram at any time: Settings → Apps and websites.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
